Pro Build PA was founded by Declan Rea, a master carpenter whose journey in construction began more than 25 years ago in Ireland. After completing his apprenticeship, Declan started his own company at just 20 years old, framing homes and roofs across residential projects. His natural skill for problem-solving and precision quickly earned him a reputation for high-quality craftsmanship.

When the global market shifted in 2008, Declan expanded his experience abroad, spending ten years in Australia leading commercial construction projects that included shopping malls, apartment complexes, and large-scale fit-outs. Those years abroad strengthened his attention to detail, project management skills, and ability to deliver exceptional results under any conditions.

Now based in Havertown, PA, Declan brings his world-class experience to homeowners across Malvern, Berwyn, and the Main Line area, delivering remodels that combine craftsmanship, communication, and reliability.
